Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
1. Who we are
The Known Path Workshop (theknownpath.com) is operated by Renora Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("Renora", "we", "us", "our"), a private company registered in Singapore (UEN 202232095M), with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or interact with this website, why we collect it, and the choices and rights available to you. We've written it primarily with the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") in mind, since many of our visitors are located in the European Economic Area ("EEA") or United Kingdom — but we apply the same principles to visitors everywhere else, too.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers theknownpath.com and its subpages (the "Site"). It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to or that you may be redirected to, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Tally.so — please review their own privacy policies before using them.
3. Information we collect
We keep the personal data we collect to a minimum. Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:
- Information you provide directly. If you message us — for example via our WhatsApp link — we receive whatever you choose to send us, typically your name, phone number or contact handle, and the content of your message. If you submit your email address through our newsletter signup popup, our provider Brevo receives and stores it to send you our newsletter.
- Information collected automatically, with your consent. If you click "Accept" on the cookie banner shown on the Site, we use Yandex Metrica to understand how visitors use the Site: pages viewed, approximate location (derived from your IP address), device and browser type, referring site, and on-site interactions such as clicks and scrolling — this may include a recording of on-screen interactions (sometimes called session replay) to help us spot usability issues.
We do not currently operate a data-collection form directly on the Site. If you join our workshop waiting list or request a 1:1 session, you're directed to a third-party service — Tally.so for the group waiting list, or WhatsApp for 1:1 requests — which collects and processes your information under its own privacy policy.
4. Cookies & similar technologies
Cookies (and similar client-side storage) are small pieces of data stored in your browser. Here's what we use:
| Category | What it's for | Provider | Requires consent? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consent preference | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies, so we don't ask again on your next visit | Stored only in your browser — never sent to us | No — strictly necessary to run the banner itself |
| Analytics & interaction insights | Measures traffic and how visitors use the Site, including page views, clicks and scrolling | Yandex Metrica | Yes |
| Newsletter signup | Powers the newsletter signup popup and processes the email address you submit through it | Brevo | Yes |
Analytics and newsletter-popup cookies are only set after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you click "Reject", or make no choice, they are never loaded. You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page.
5. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the workshop or services you request.
- To understand and improve how the Site is used — only where you've consented to analytics.
- To run our newsletter signup popup and send you our newsletter, if you subscribe — only where you've consented to it.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
6. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
For visitors in the EEA or UK, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics and newsletter-popup cookies — you can withdraw this at any time, with effect for the future.
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) when you contact us to book or discuss a workshop session.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping the Site secure and functioning correctly, where this does not override your own rights and freedoms.
7. Who we share it with
- Yandex Metrica (analytics) and Brevo (newsletter signup), each processing data for the purposes described above, and only if you've consented to the relevant cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.), LinkedIn, and Tally.so, when you choose to use those channels to contact us or join a waiting list — each governed by its own privacy policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
8. International data transfers
Renora is based in Singapore, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including outside the EEA or UK. Where this happens, we and our providers rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) or on your consent, as applicable. You can find further detail in the respective privacy policies of Yandex Metrica and Brevo.
9. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, or for as long as you stay subscribed to our newsletter, or as our analytics and newsletter providers retain data under their own retention policies. When it's no longer needed, we ask our providers to delete it, or delete it ourselves where we hold it directly.
10. Your rights
If you're in the EEA or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to our processing
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
If you're located outside the EEA/UK, we'll still make reasonable efforts to honour these same rights on request. To exercise any of them, contact us at contact@renora.io.
11. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for founders, product managers and business professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
12. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in the tools we use or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
